The Monterey Bay Book Signing Party for RISING will be Sat., Sept. 17th from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Pierce Ranch Vineyards Tasting Room, located at 499 Wave Street in Monterey, Calif.
In RISING, the second book in the DARK SURF series, several characters come to the Monterey Bay to battle—and to drink amazing wines from local wineries. One of my personal favorites, Pierce Ranch Vineyards, is one of the wineries featured in the new novel—along with a few other familiar locations that locals will recognize and appreciate!
At the Sept. 17th Book Signing Party, we’ll have:

• DARK SURF Graysuit T-shirts for sale
• Free bookmarks & bumperstickers
• Free drawings
• No-host bar

And Pierce Ranch Vineyards‘ wines are truly amazing! I’ve been a fan since I tried the 2005 Tempranillo at a wine festival many years ago. Now I’m a member of the wine club—and I have so many favorites it’s difficult to choose which wine I like most. The Petite Sirah? Zinfandel? Cabernet Sauvignon? Tempranillo? So many awesome choices!
